You can find all of the common questions and the appropriate answers from visitors such as yourself. What is WearIt.com?
It all started on a nice summer day... Oh wait! You can get the entire story here on our about us page.
Do you have [insert product name] in stock / in my size / arriving soon?
The staff at WearIt.com cannot answer any questions regarding inventory, product availability, shopping cart functionality, or anything that is directly related to the merchant in question. We do not know what the merchant's business practives are and do not have access to their inventory records. If you do need any of this information, please click on the Merchant's contact us link (usually found at the bottom of their homepage). But if you really do require assistance, shoot us an email and we'll do our best to help you. Please be mindful that we do receive a lot of emails and it can take us a while to respond to your particular request.

Save with coupons
How do I use this coupon if there is a coupon code available?
Simply copy the code that is displayed on the Coupon Concierge Service popup in the bright pink box, and paste this code into the appropriate "Promotional Code" or "Coupon Code" field during checkout. Your discount/promotion should then be displayed.
Wait. Where is the coupon code? How do I use the coupon if there is no coupon code?
Take a deep breath. Many of the coupons listed do not require a coupon code and in all of those instances we actually display "No code required." This means that the code is embedded in the link or that the offer might be a general sale that does not require a special coupon code. This is one of those instances that does not require you to type in some jumble of letters and numbers.
If there is no coupon code listed, simply click on the coupon link provided for the promotion. The discount will be applied automatically at some point in the checkout process.
In some rare cases, the coupon code might have been inadvertently left out (that would be our fault), or the code may not have been included by the merchant. If you come across this situation, we would appreciate it if you sent us some feedback letting us know of the problem.
Why doesn't the coupon work?
There are several reasons as to why a coupon may not work: (1) The promotion may have ended early due to the merchant's decision, (2) The merchant may not have included an expiration date, which forces us to use a reasonable estimate (i.e. the merchant might have an offer that states "while supplies last", (3) The coupon may be in the form of a general sale or offer (i.e. save up to 30%), (4) The coupon may not be valid for the specific item(s) that you are purchasing (i.e. some sale items are excluded from coupon discounts).
In some rare instances, the coupon might still not work even if the expiration date has not been reached due to (1) Internet Security Software (such as Norton Internet Security) which may be interfering with the Coupon Concierge Service from loading the merchant site - Please temporarily disable the software and try clicking on the coupon again, (2) The coupon code may be incorrect (through either our mistake or the merchant's), (3) The expiration date may be incorrect (through either our mistake or the merchant's), (4) The merchant's site may be down.
If you come across this situation, we would appreciate it if you sent us some feedback letting us know of the problem.
What are some of the other offers that you provide at WearIt.com?
Not all offers are necessarily coupons. We try our best to get the best coupons available, but merchants also provide rebates, general sales, clearance outlets, contests, etc. There are times when the link will take you to the merchant's homepage, don't worry, that might result due to two reasons, the merchant's promotional code doesn't have a corresponding website, or the merchant has chosen to take you there directly. Just continue making your purchase as normal, and everything should work out as planned.
If any of these instances are encountered, you will not be asked to input a code or a code will not be required. There will be likely some indication as to what is currently being offered by the merchant in our coupon description and in the merchant's landing page. If not, you will likely be directed to the merchant's homepage, where you will find other great offers that might interest you.
Why do I get a "This page cannot be displayed" or "Cannot find server error" when trying to use a coupon code?
The most likely culprits are anti-adware/spyware blocking software, firewall software/hardware, or file sharing software (i.e. KaZaA), which places entries in your hosts file to block certain websites. If you are accessing the site at work, the network firewall might be interfering. Try accessing the coupon from home, where you will have more control over turning off firewalls, anti-spyware, etc.
I have a question about my order or I need to cancel my order.
Unfortunately, we will nto be able to answer any questions about the status of your order as we are not involved in the ordering process of the merchants. You will have to contact the merchant directly on those issues. You can usually find the right person to contact by going to the merchant's homepage and clicking on the contact us link that is usually found at the bottom of the homepage.

The pictures are not showing up in my email - what is wrong?
Technology can be so taxing! If you're receiving emails with no pictures, you have to click on the link: Display Images Below. Then change your email setting to: Always display images from personalshopper@wearit.com. This will ensure that you will be able to see the pictures for all future emails.
Why haven't I gotten my emails yet?
Patience is always in style, but being fashionably late isn't so hot when it comes to your email. When you created your profile, you selected how frequently you'd like to receive emails and on which day of the week. Check which day you specified, then sit back, relax, and let us serve you up some style. Still no emails? Shoot us an email at wheresmymail@wearit.com to let us know.
If I have customer relations concerns, who do I contact?

You don't carry the brand I want! What gives?
WearIt carries thousands of brands that cover just about every fashion palette. Most of the brands that you see on the site are the brands with a lot of products which do frequently go on sale. If there is a brand that you just absolutely adore, just let us know and we'll see if we can find more products and deals on them.
I'm an online merchant, can WearIt carry my products?
Here at WearIt, we love supporting upcoming designers and boutiques. Give us the low down on your style and we'll see what we can cook up. We're all about connecting shoppers with the style they want, especially if it's fresh and fabulous.
My preferences have changed - how do I update that?
It's ok to change your mind as often as you change your socks, we hope... Please login and you can edit your preferences - Click on email settings then "for her" or "for him" (depending on what service you have signed up for) and modify your apparel and or brand preferences.
I want to see products on sale. Can I do that?
We like saying yes. Really, we do it all the time. Please login and you can edit your email preferences. Click on email settings and under "Interested In" select "New Sales". Be sure to select the "Just Arrived" option if you want to see new products as they come in as well.
